Several years ago I was in an ornament kit exchange. You stitched an ornament then kitted up the same for several other people. Each person ended up with several different ornaments to be able to do. I finally decided to work on the ones I received and here are two.
This one is Brightneedle Home for Christmas from JCS 2005 ornament issue.
The Second one is Hands to Work A Christmas Pear also from JCS 2005 ornament issue.
Now we have everything covered in a layer of ice....but it's a great stitching & baking day.
I finished the 4th of the needleroll series.
This new Drawn thread series is really fun. Here is January. They are to be calendar covers but I'm like Barb H and will pop them monthly in and out of a frame.
This is Spring Time....1 more to go then I will make them all into needlerolls. I only had the called for charm for the winter and autumn, this one and summer I am pulling from my stash. This scan also shows the drawn thread and hemstitching that is on each one.
This one is for Madison W. I so enjoyed doing this cute Mickey for her.
A wonderful stitcher is sending me a pattern which I will definately use for a future square. I didn't think I had ANY Mickey, but found this one buried in my stash.
Here is the link if you are interested in giving of your stitching time for these precious children.
